A guide outlining what to expect at the annual Chiang Mai Bike Week main event, (which will hopefully kick-off again post this pandemic!)

The Main Exhibition Event – One Big Event!

(The location of the event changes. In recent years it has been held at the Chiang Mai Expo Center)
Admission: FREE
Date : (Normally) in December
Time: All Day (main events kick off around 05:00 pm – 00.00 am)
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE EVENT?
The event is a mix of bikes, interesting vehicles, presentations, events, promos, music and entertainment.

Bikes and Cool Vehicles.
The core elements of the event are of course the bikes, the big guns being Triumph and Harley Davidson. Other bike brands often include Honda, Kawasaki, Husqvarna and KTM. Then there are the interesting modded bikes and the old classics. This also includes modded classic VW vans, mini monster trucks and other interesting vehicles.

Stunts
Normally the event hosts some kind of stunt riding and performances. In previous years this also included the “Wall of Death”.

During the event, there are stalls where you can buy products, accessories and take advantage of promotional discounts.
